Together with the spirit of solidarity are the human, intellectual and professional pillars on which the activities of Universitas Foundation are supported.


The formation of the knowledge and the reflection has to give answer to the demands which are placed nowadays on university students by society. Recognizing this, Universitas Foundation offers activities that prepare the student and volunteer in this area, in a dynamic and practical way.


Some of these activities are:


Activities directed to students and volunteers:

  • Training course for the volunteer.

    Training sessions for volunteers relating to the area that they will be involved in: children, young adults, sick, elderly or those marginalized and at risk of being excluded. The program includes topics on social skills, profile of volunteers, legal framework, first aid, organization sporting activities and groups of youth, etc.


  • Public Speaking Course.

    Learning to speak in public is one of the most valued skills that are not only for politicians and public figures. This course provides the tools and practices to learn how to express your ideas correctly and to do it before others with suitable words and appropriate gestures.


  • Study Techniques.

    How much time to spent on each course, how to make diagrams and summaries, what time of day is best to study and how, whether it is better to study alone or in groups ... These and other questions are answered during this program which aims to maximum study time. more information


  • Mentoring.

    Study groups led by advanced students who give support and guidance to younger ones.


  • English spoken.

    Small group conversation in English, depending on knowledge level.


  • Techniques for working in teams.

    We all work in teams but in order to work in an efficient way without getting burned out, it requires us to have certain tools like a good strategy, procedures, ability to compromise, and communicate. In this course, we analyze and practice what we learned through role playing and case studies.


  • How to face a professional interview.

    The professional interview can be the determining factor in order to get a job. Knowing what to say and how to say it says more about us than our CV. To do it properly, all you have to do is follow some simple rules.

  • Introduction Seminar.

    Knowing in advance how the university is organized, who's who, the evaluation system or the services they offer contribute to making positive contact with the university and a better use of time that we spend there. more information
